Refund and Returns Policy:

-We’re bummed you didn’t absolutely love your purchase, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within 20 days of purchase for most items in new, unworn, with tags, and not washed. You can e-mail southern_pearl1@yahoo.com to start your return.

-RETURN POLICY REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE:

We are happy to return any regular priced, unused items within 20 days of its arrival date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund your shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

-Return shipping costs are non refundable and are at the customer’s expense unless we are responsible for the return. Customer has the choice to return item through UPS, FEDEX, or USPS; or the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund if you go through Southern Pearl boutique.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any stains, scratches, or other marks may result in refusal of return. No exceptions.

-If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Received Defective Item:

– If there was an error on your order that was our fault, or you received a defective item.
Once inspected a replacement will be shipped to you immediately.
Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered, no defective items, and fits properly. Failure to promptly check your items will not result in an extension
beyond 20 days. No exceptions.


Sale Items:

-All Sale or Clearance items are Non-Returnable & NonExchangeable
-No exceptions. Please pay careful attention when ordering these items.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
